To get there (from UM):
Take the elevator to the 5th floor of the Ungar Building. If you were in the north side of the building, travel to the south end, you will see another elevator and a door leading outside to the Nicholas Copernicus Observatory, take the stairs up to the roof. If you took the south elevator, make a left and the door will be right there next to the snack machines.
